The process
The financing process, connected in one portal.
Review and sign an application, build a guided funding file, follow case updates, and control what gets shared with a lender. Rockland organizes the work; lenders make their own credit decisions.
Technology with a purpose
Your file has a path: a signed application, a visible checklist, shared progress, and a deliberately selected lender package.
How the Rockland portal works
A connected path from application to funding file.
Purpose-built tools bring the applicant, the assigned team and the financing record into a clear process. The portal organizes the work; it does not approve financing.
Secure application
Tell us the story. Review it. Sign it.
Applicants can save a draft, review their complete credit application and sign electronically. A website application connects to one prospect; an employee-sent link stays with the prospect already on the team's board.
Guided funding file
See what is ready and what is missing.
The client uploads requested records into a private, itemized checklist. Received or reviewed items get a green check, and guided personal financial statement, sales-cycle and debt-schedule forms produce printable PDFs.
Connected workspaces
Follow progress without losing context.
Clients see their own case status, alerts and shared notes. Assigned staff work from separate prospect and active-business boards, with case history and internal notes kept out of the client view.
Deliberate lender sharing
Build the right package, not a data dump.
Authorized staff choose the exact application fields and document versions to include in a lender package. Lender access is time-limited and revocable; any credit decision belongs to the lender, not the portal.

A measured next step
Talk through the facts before you make a move.
Start a conversation about your situation, prepare for a formal application, or return to the client portal. No pathway represents an offer or a promised outcome.
