Founder & Managing Member

Greg Welch

Greg founded Rockland Consulting, LLC in 2004. An entrepreneur with extensive experience in the financial sector, he has advised businesses, investors, and stakeholders on strategic growth initiatives and business development.

His work has also included land development and real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, financing, and disposition strategies. His background spans finance, entrepreneurship, and real estate across multiple industries.

Before entering the financial sector, Greg attended McDaniel College and Old Dominion University, where he was an NCAA Division I wrestler.

COO

Christian P. Calhoun

Christian is the co-founder of Medical Innovation Centers of America and brings nearly two decades of experience in healthcare technology, data science, and regulatory advisory. He leads strategic healthcare data analytics projects for clients navigating industry challenges.

He previously held senior positions at CSC, Peraton, and InMed Group and worked in government affairs involving HHS and the FDA. Christian earned a bachelor's degree in Quantitative Economics from Auburn University and completed postgraduate studies at the Ludwig Von Mises Institute.

Managing Director, Credit & Capital Solutions

Doreen Amador

Doreen is a commercial banking executive with more than 30 years of experience in commercial lending, credit administration, treasury management, and government-guaranteed financing. She has worked with banks, loan service providers, and businesses, bringing both lender and borrower perspectives.

At Rockland, Doreen helps businesses become capital-ready, improve financial strategies, and navigate complex financing challenges. Her background includes work as a banking executive, corporate controller, and USDA Chief Credit Officer.

She is a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and holds a Wharton Leadership Certificate.

Director of Acquisitions

Johanna Rosenberg

Johanna, CEO of Billable Healthcare, is a partner at Rockland Consulting. She brings more than a decade of leadership across healthcare and homecare, supported by a degree in Business Management.

Her experience spans medical billing, corporate recruiting, mergers and acquisitions, public relations, marketing, and business development. She combines operational precision with a focus on financial management, talent alignment, fundraising, and communications.

John Kimmet

John has more than 20 years of leadership experience in commercial and operational roles across pharmaceuticals and telecommunications. He served as EVP of Oncology & Acute Care Marketing at Eagle Pharmaceuticals and Chairman of Acacia Pharma.

Before entering healthcare, he spent 17 years at Verizon and Vodafone in marketing, analytics, and operations. He holds a master's degree in Business Analytics from NYU and a Global Executive MBA from Duke, and has completed programs at Columbia and Kellogg.

Esther Corpuz

Esther brings more than 30 years of experience in hospital operations and management, including leadership roles at MacNeal Hospital, now part of Loyola Medicine, and Tenet Health Care. She specializes in business development, strategy, and external relations.

A community leader, Esther serves on boards including MacNeal Hospital and Medical Home Network ACO. She completed the National Association of Healthcare Executives Senior Leadership Academy and studied Political Science at DePaul University.

Jason Wallace

Jason has spent two decades in the aerospace and defense industry, most notably as CEO of ADS, Inc., a military equipment and tactical gear contractor. Under his leadership, ADS reached record revenue, growth, and profitability.

Previously, he was VP of Sales and Operations at Sunbelt Rentals. He is a founding member and board member of Tidewater Horns, a youth baseball organization. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University and was named to the Virginia500 Power List.

Matthew J. Cary

Matthew has 50 years of experience in government relations, lobbying, and marketing, with a focus on veteran advocacy. As former State Director of the District of Columbia Office of Veterans Affairs, he led initiatives supporting veterans and their families.

A U.S. Army Reserve veteran, Matt founded Veterans & Military Families for Progress and held executive roles in government relations and marketing. He holds a Master of Public Administration and a BA in Social Science and serves on veterans' organization boards.

Vivek Viswanathan

Vivek is a business and technology leader with 25 years of experience across sales, client engagement, and digital transformation. He has led global initiatives in ERP, software automation, and MarTech, working with organizations including Intel and IBM.

An MIT Sloan alum with a master's degree in Computers, Vivek has lived and worked across the US, UK, and Singapore. As founder and CEO of PearlRain Digital, he consults with organizations on technology, marketing, and business transformation.
